DIY: Nutella and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cups
As I promised yesterday, here’s a DIY for these adorable individually-served cake cups. Both of the buttercreams noted below taste excellent topped onto any kind of cake or dessert, so keep these recipes handy for future use!
Below are recipe cards for the peanut butter and nutella buttercream. As you can see, it’s just like buttercream with the addition of each special ingredient. Once you have both buttercreams ready to go, you’ll need to place each one in an individual pastry bag before adding to your cake cup. And then just follow the layers noted above. Make sure to let your cake cups sit for an hour or two before serving so they can set. And don’t forget to serve with a spoon!
