I recently booked a trip home to see my family and to just be home.  Trips around the holidays are never long enough and there’s always so much to do, so being able to just be home and relax is often impossible. However, trips during the spring when there’s absolutely nothing going on are the best!  This upcoming visit has been long overdue (sorry family!!), and I am just so darn excited for it!  I’m attempting to avoid making any plans, but if I do happen to find myself at the flower fields, I will not be mad about it! I snapped these photos during my last springtime visit to San Diego in 2010.  Just looking at them warms me up, hopefully they do the same for you!
