I realized it has been a while since I’ve posted a cake job – so here is one of my recent ones.  I’ll try to post some others over the next few days.  This here is a birthday cake I made for a special little lady who was turning 14 this past weekend.  Her only request was that the cake be neon, and clearly, that’s what I went with. I layered neon pink, green, orange, and yellow cake on the inside and then covered the outside in super groovy swirls of neon buttercream.  I added the number 14 to the top of the cake, made a Happy Birthday cake topper to finish it off and voilà – a neon birthday cake!
