About

I’m Alana Jones-Mann, a stylist and designer, with an intense passion for crafting and baking. For me, it’s all about the details. I truly believe that personal touches can make any occasion unforgettable. Whether it’s customized desserts that taste as good as they look, invites & décor for weddings, showers, or birthdays, I collaborate with clients to inspire, create, and design unique elements that speak directly to them.

After six years of planning large-scale events at a leading PR & marketing agency in NYC, I decided to focus my energy into my passions for creating and designing, full-time. My experience with planning and executing a wide variety of events has enabled me to become an expert in the field, while my personal passion for creation gives me the perfect platform to make celebrations exceptional for my clients. In addition to working with a wide-range of personal events such as weddings and parties, I’ve also made unique creations for corporate clients including JC Penney, Whole Foods Market, Shutterfly, Habitual, UNICEF, Fossil, Evite, ulive, Stone Fox Bride, and King Games (Candy Crush).

My work has been seen on a number of lifestyle, entertaining, and wedding sites, including: Yahoo!, the DIY Network Blog, DOMAINE, Trendhunter, the New York Post, The Huffington Post, Martha Stewart WeddingsThe 2014 Special Issue (print), MarthaStewartWeddings.com, ABC News, The Knot, Buzzfeed, MarthaStewart.com, Martha Stewart’s The Bride’s Guide, Apartment Therapy (and here), New York Magazine, Refinery29the Fossil Blog, Evite, Ruffled (1 + 2) Wedding Chicks, Winifred Bean, A Subtle Revelry, Colossal, Frankie Magazine, and Cake Central.

After living in NYC for 10 years, I have returned to the west coast and now call Los Angeles home. Whether it’s simply just a dessert, event decor or styling, or content creation, I provide custom proposals for clients. Check me out on Facebook and Pinterest, or email me to chat!

Hi! LOVE your stuff!!! I’m moving from Hawaii back to LA and looking for something cool and yummy for my son’s 9th birthday in June. What is the best way to get a hold of you? And how much notice do you need?
Hope you have a killer day 🙂
    Sincerely,
    Erin

    Hello,
I absolutely love your leaf cake that you have posted on the Pattern Peoples site. Do you sell the edible images or would you commission the do so. Is there any way I could get that print.
    Thanks so much, Theresa 661-714-0479

I teach at a school in Long Beach. We were inspired by your west end artwork and plan on doing our own for Earth Day. I just wanted to let you know how much the children loved and we’re inspired by your work!
